We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the day you receive your package.
● Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached + proof of purchase.
● Sale Items: Clearance & sale items are fully eligible.
● Quality Guarantee: Full refund (including original shipping) for any quality issues.
● EU Customers: This 30-day policy fully covers and exceeds your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
2. How do I request a return?
Simply email info@ameshaenergy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
● We will reply within 1 business day with the exact return address & instructions.
🔴 IMPORTANT: Do NOT ship to the address printed on the package. That is a logistics hub, not our return center. Packages sent there will be rejected or lost.
● Pro tip: Use tracked shipping for your return so we can both track its arrival.
3. How long does a refund take?
Usually, we process returns within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. The funds then appear in your account 3–7 days later (depending on your bank/PayPal).
● Summary: Most refunds are completed within 7–10 days total.
4. Non-returnable items?
Unless damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns for:
● Perishable goods
● Custom/Personalized items
● Opened personal care or cosmetic products
Hazardous materials

5. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! The fastest method is our "Fast Exchange":
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Place a new order right away (ensuring you don’t miss out on stock).
- We refund the original item as soon as we receive it.
6. Who pays return shipping?
● Change of mind / Personal preference: Customer covers return shipping.
● Quality issue or our mistake: We pay everything (providing a prepaid label whenever possible).
🚚 Shipping & Tracking
1. Carriers & delivery times?
We ship worldwide.
Typical Total Time: 11–17 days (1–3 days processing + 10–14 days in transit).
Note: Remote/rural areas may take slightly longer.
2. Is shipping free?
● Regular items: Free once you hit the threshold shown on our homepage or checkout.
● Gifts & Promotional items: A small handling fee ($2–5) may apply.
● Flash Sales: Usually site-wide free shipping.
● Import duties/taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Why are there no tracking updates?
Don't worry, this is completely normal.
● Days 1–5: Package is in domestic transit within China (heading to the airport). Updates often pause here.
● After Day 7: Updates will resume once the package lands in your country. If there is still no news after 7 days, please contact us.
4. Package not arrived after 60 days?
This is very rare, but you are covered.
● Email us your order number and choose: Free Reshipment or Instant Full Refund.

1. Item arrived damaged?
Please send clear photos to info@ameshaenergy.com within 7 days of delivery.
● We will reship or refund immediately—completely free for you.
2. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because we aim to ship fast, the window is short.
● You can modify orders within 2 business hours of placing them (Mon–Fri).
● Once an order status is "Packed" or "Shipped," changes are no longer possible.
