We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. Return requests are processed within 1–2 business days.
Item Condition
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
No returns accepted before delivery. Sale items are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return
- Email info@ameshaenergy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the correct return address and instructions.
- DO NOT ship to the address on the package — it will be returned to the warehouse.
- Use only the address provided in our email.
Return Address
Never ship to the package address. You must obtain the official return address via info@ameshaenergy.com.

Refunds
- We inspect your return and notify you by email upon receipt.
- If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
- Processing: Within 10 business days. Bank/card processing may add 3–7 days.
- Quality issues: Full refund including original shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
